Meet the founder - Sebastian
Top Professionals Access was founded by Sebastian Kopanski, a teacher, specialist tutor and mentor, trainer, writer, lecturer, keynote speaker, and now an entrepreneur. Sebastian has over two decades of experience working with marginalised social groups in the UK and abroad.
He has worked in various capacities for different organisations. His past and current clients include international and national NGOs, schools and universities, governmental agencies, and numerous individuals and families.
For the last fifteen years, Sebastian has worked with people of all ages whose different conditions and disabilities caused them challenges in their schools, workplaces, and homes.
The company, Top Professionals Access Limited, started trading in May 2021 and is a vehicle allowing Sebastian to better serve individuals with
sensory and neurodivergent conditions, their places of education and work, and their families. Behind this project, there is a personal story, as Sebastian acquired a sensory impairment and has the first-hand experience of not having professional input and support when it was needed most.
The Top Professionals Access Limited provides bespoke support to individuals with sensory impairments and/or neurodivergent conditions enabling them to thrive in all areas of their lives. The company closely cooperates with other professionals who share the company’s mission and vision.
Sebastian has got a few true passions in life: his family, work, hiking, reading, and writing.
